Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation timeline and refund policy below:

30+ Days Notice: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date receive a 100% refund of the total booking amount.
Processing Fee: All approved refunds are subject to a £50 processing fee to cover administration costs.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive without notice results in forfeiture of the full booking payment.
